Alison Gourlay

A fully qualified chartered accountant (ACA) and trained at Price Waterhouse (now PWC) as a chartered accountant operating from their Nottingham office delivering accounting services to customers both large and small throughout the country. Alison’s fifteen years experience, skills and knowledge in delivering accountancy services makes her an invaluable resource in delivering all major accountancy functions including: Year End, Monthly Management, Financial Forecasting and personal taxation requirements. Alison is also a highly regarded accountancy trainer, developing accounting skills including: Finances for non-Financial People, Financial Planning, SAGE and SAGE systems.

Richard Gourlay

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM) and a qualified Return On Investment ROI evaluator are amongst many other qualifications he has achieved over the last twenty years in business. Richard started his business life with mountaineering company Berghaus, before he established the Craghoppers brand amongst many others. Richard develops business strategy for clients, giving business owners a clear direction for them to take with the support to make them successful, using our Strategic Planning Workshops (SPW) to deliver bespoke strategic planning. With a wealth of experience gained from working with a wide diversity of customers, from world class Plc’s, through to market leading specialists in many sectors, Richard brings his unique skills in consultancy to deliver success to businesses through training and mentoring programmes in director, management, marketing, sales. All of Richard’s work which can be fully evaluated using Return On Investment ROI analysis evaluating improvement, using the ROI (Phillips) process the gold standard in evaluation.
